Recover at the first indication of a stall or after a full stall has occurred, as specified by the evaluator.
Bottom line
When the airplane reaches the stall warning, recovery is accomplished by first reducing the AOA until the stall warning is eliminated. Lowering the AOA first allows all control surfaces to become more effective and allows roll to be better controlled. After reducing AOA, the pilot rolls the wings level with coordinated use of the rudder and smoothly applies power as required.
