What we collect

Account details (email, display name), profile information you choose to provide, and study activity (questions answered, review history, readiness scores). Payment is handled by our processor; we do not store full card details.

How we use it

To provide the Service — spaced-repetition scheduling, readiness scoring, and your dashboards — and to compute anonymized, aggregated metrics (for example, cohort-percentile comparisons) that help us operate and improve the product. These aggregate metrics are part of the Service; they are pseudonymized/aggregated and are not an opt-out setting.

Research program (separate & optional)

Distinct from the aggregate metrics above, you may opt in to contribute pseudonymized study patterns to FlyCurrent research. This is voluntary, off by default, and you can withdraw and request deletion of your research contributions at any time in Settings.

Public profiles

If you publish a pilot, CFI, school, or manufacturer profile, the fields you mark public are visible to anyone. You control per-field visibility in your settings.

Sharing

We share data with service providers that run the platform (e.g., our database/hosting and payment processor) under contract. We do not sell personal data.

Storage & security

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security and encrypted in transit. See our Security page.

Your rights & retention

You may access, correct, or delete your account data. Retention and region-specific rights (e.g., GDPR/CCPA) will be detailed here. [DRAFT — to be finalized by counsel.]
