Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using FlyCurrent (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of information you provide, including pilot, instructor (CFI), flight school, and manufacturer profiles. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to, scrape at scale, or upload unlawful or infringing content.

4. Analytics & aggregate metrics

We compute pseudonymized, aggregated metrics from study activity (for example, cohort percentile comparisons and readiness statistics) to operate and improve the Service. Published aggregate findings contain no individual data. Research use of study data is on by default. It is not a separate opt-in program. Opt out at Settings > Research. Opt-out is honored going forward. Remove my research data does not delete your cards or your review history. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

5. Educational disclaimer

FlyCurrent is a study and readiness aid. It is not a substitute for FAA-approved training, a certificated flight instructor, or official testing. Nothing here is aviation, legal, medical, or financial advice.

6. Payments

Paid features are billed through our payment processor. Subscription, refund, and cancellation terms are presented at the point of purchase and managed through that processor.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyCurrent is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
