By creating an account or using FlyCurrent (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of information you provide, including pilot, instructor (CFI), flight school, and manufacturer profiles. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to, scrape at scale, or upload unlawful or infringing content.

4. Analytics & aggregate metrics

We compute anonymized, aggregated metrics from study activity (for example, cohort percentile comparisons and readiness statistics) to operate and improve the Service. These aggregate metrics are part of the Service and are governed by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. A separate, optional research program with its own consent and data-deletion controls is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Educational disclaimer

FlyCurrent is a study and readiness aid. It is not a substitute for FAA-approved training, a certificated flight instructor, or official testing. Nothing here is aviation, legal, medical, or financial advice.

6. Payments

7. Disclaimers & liability
