Endorsements without appropriate limitations or expiration dates. The applicant demonstrates how to: Describe and prepare logbook entries/endorsements required for at least two of the events specified in the elements or sub-elements of K1 through K5.

Bottom line

A flight instructor must maintain a record in a logbook or a separate document of required endorsement information. The Class B solo logbook endorsement must specify that the student pilot received the required ground and flight training and was found proficient to conduct solo flight in that specific Class B airspace area. For a knowledge or practical test endorsement, the record must include the kind of test, the date, and the results.
