Maneuvering with one engine inoperative.

ACS element text (the applicant demonstrates understanding of)

Maneuvering with one engine inoperative.

Bottom line

A VMC demonstration that is allowed to degrade into a single-engine stall with high asymmetrical thrust may result in an unrecoverable loss of control and a fatal accident. No multiengine airplane is approved for spins, and their spin recovery characteristics are generally very poor. No engine failure should ever be introduced below safe, intentional one-engine inoperative speed (VSSE).
