Low altitude maneuvering, including stall, spin, or controlled flight into terrain (CFIT).

ACS element text (the applicant demonstrates understanding of)

Low altitude maneuvering, including stall, spin, or controlled flight into terrain (CFIT).

Bottom line

Many loss of control in-flight accidents are the result of stalls, spins, or accelerated maneuvers. Initiation of a simulated engine inoperative emergency at low altitude normally occurs at a minimum of 400 feet AGL, and only after the learner has mastered engine inoperative procedures at higher altitudes. No intentional engine failure in flight should ever be performed below Vsse.
