Bottom line

The instructor should point out the connection between theory taught on the ground and its practice in the air to maximize the benefit from integrated ground and flight instruction. Ground training objectives should be related to flight training objectives whenever possible. An integrated training curriculum can use an FFS, FTD, or ATD to provide seamless training from the classroom to the aircraft.
