Make smooth, timely, and correct control application before, during, and after touchdown.
Bottom line
The OEI approach and landing should be flown as close as possible to a normal approach and landing in terms of key positions, altitudes, and airspeeds. The approach and landing may be conducted with no more than partial flaps, or full flaps may be selected when on short final with the landing absolutely assured. The airplane will float somewhat in the roundout for landing without the drag of both windmilling propellers, particularly if the flaps have been only partially extended.
