Unacknowledged stall warning indications.

ACS element text (the applicant demonstrates understanding of)

Unacknowledged stall warning indications.

Bottom line

Most stall/spin accidents occurred when the pilot's attention was diverted from the primary task of flying the aircraft. At an AOA just under the AOA that may cause an aerodynamic buffet or stall warning, the flight controls are less effective and larger control movements are necessary. When the airplane reaches the stall warning, recovery is accomplished by first reducing the AOA until the stall warning is eliminated.
