Common errors related to this Task.
Bottom line
An error is a deviation from intended or expected actions caused by the flight crew that causes confusion, increases workload, absorbs attention, reduces safety margins, increases risk, and may lead to undesired aircraft states. The first line of defense against errors is learning and practice; higher levels of knowledge and skill are associated with a lower frequency and magnitude of error. Errors can often be reduced by working deliberately at a comfortable pace rather than hurrying.
