Low altitude maneuvering, including stall, spin, or controlled flight into terrain (CFIT).
Bottom line
Loss of control in-flight (LOC-I) is an accident caused by the pilot not maintaining control of the airplane, and many LOC-I accidents result from stalls, spins, or accelerated maneuvers. In order to spin any airplane, a stalled condition needs to exist, and at the stall the presence or introduction of a yawing moment can initiate spin entry. During the glassy water descent, maintain an airspeed approximately 10 knots above stall speed.
