Select and aim for a suitable touchdown point considering the wind conditions, landing surface, and obstructions.
Bottom line
When obstacles are present, a slightly steeper approach angle places the touchdown closer to the obstacle, which gives the pilot more room to stop. After touchdown is not the time to discover factors that make a confined landing area even smaller or less usable than originally supposed.
