Runway incursion.

ACS element text (the applicant demonstrates understanding of)

Runway incursion.

Bottom line

Inattention and confusion often are factors contributing to runway incursion. Runway confusion often results in a pilot unintentionally taking off or landing on a taxiway or wrong runway, and generally the pilot is unaware of the mistake until after it has occurred. It is mandatory to read back all runway "hold short" instructions verbatim.
