b. Personal weather minimums
Making the go/no-go and continue/divert decisions, including: b. Personal weather minimums
Bottom line
A personal minimum is a pilot's set of procedures, rules, criteria, and guidelines that help the pilot decide whether and under what conditions to operate or continue operating in the NAS. Personal minimums may change with pilot experience, proficiency, currency, and other factors. One way a pilot can control risks is to set personal minimums for items in each risk category; these are limits unique to that individual pilot's current level of experience and proficiency.
