Operating outside of CG limits.

ACS element text (the applicant demonstrates understanding of)

Operating outside of CG limits.

Bottom line

Any loading that places the CG outside the limits for a particular aircraft seriously impairs the pilot’s ability to control the aircraft. Loading in a nose-heavy condition causes problems in controlling and raising the nose, especially during takeoff and landing.
