Airplane limitations.

ACS element text (the applicant demonstrates understanding of)

Airplane limitations.

Bottom line

Operating above the maximum weight limitation compromises the structural integrity of the aircraft and can adversely affect performance. Pilots who do not check center of gravity limits may experience difficulty trimming or controlling the aircraft, which could lead to a loss of control in-flight. At aft CG, the airplane is less stable, with a slightly lower stalling speed, a slightly faster cruising speed, and less desirable stall characteristics.
