Apply CRM principles and use in a crew environment, as appropriate.

Bottom line

Crew Resource Management (CRM) means the effective use of all the resources available to crewmembers, including each other, to achieve a safe and efficient flight. Appropriate questioning among pilots is a desirable CRM behavior and part of a healthy safety culture. SOPs define the shared mental model upon which good crew performance depends.
