Flight Risk Assessment Tools.

Bottom line

A flight risk assessment tool (FRAT) is a way to record and analyze identified hazards and risks. A FRAT can be numerical, scoring predetermined hazards to measure risk. A FRAT can also be narrative, recording identified hazards, associated risk, and individual risk mitigations.
