Demonstrate proficient use of appropriate performance charts, tables, graphs, or other data to determine airplane performance and limitations for all phases of flight.

Bottom line

Review the AFM with particular attention to Weight and Balance (W&B), performance charts, and emergency procedures. The POH or AFM includes tables or charts that give the pilot an indication of the performance expected for any weight.
