Describe the procedures for wing contamination recognition and any deice/anti-ice procedures prior to takeoff.
Bottom line
It is imperative that takeoff not be attempted unless the PIC has made certain that the critical surfaces and components of the aircraft are free of adhering ice, snow, or frost formations. Ice, frost, or snow on top of deicing or anti-icing fluids must be considered as adhering to the aircraft, and takeoff should not be attempted.
